Terra Invest Backs Abu Dhabi’s AIREV to Take Sovereign AI Into Wealth and Healthcare
Singapore investment firm Terra Invest has joined a strategic funding round for Abu Dhabi agentic AI company AIREV. The deal pairs capital with two ready distribution channels, wealth platform Kairos Wealth and health specialist Shookra.
Singapore investment firm Terra Invest has joined a strategic funding round for Abu Dhabi agentic AI company AIREV, the company behind the OnDemand platform. The investment will fund AIREV’s expansion and the development of sovereign AI solutions, while opening investment and technology collaboration between the UAE and Singapore.
The financial terms were not disclosed. The deal, announced on November 4, 2026, is the latest foreign backing for a company founded in Abu Dhabi in September 2023 and structured through an Abu Dhabi Global Market holding company.
Wealth first, then health
AIREV will integrate its agentic AI capabilities into Kairos Wealth, the operating system for wealth management serving family offices and wealth managers. The work covers intelligent trading, portfolio management, financial advisory, and compliance and RegTech.
The partnership will also open cross-border capital access, connecting international investors with markets in the UAE and the wider region. In healthcare, AIREV will work with Shookra, a physician-led specialist in longevity, aesthetics and regenerative medicine, on Shookra One, a smart-ring programme powered by OnDemand that draws on biometric data, advanced diagnostics and physician-designed protocols.
“This investment reflects the growing confidence of international investors in the UAE’s economic and investment landscape, and in its position as a global hub for developing advanced technologies and accelerating their deployment across critical sectors.”
His Excellency Dr Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of Foreign Trade and Chairman of AIREV
“We built OnDemand as a sovereign agentic AI operating system that runs wherever our customers need it, from an on-premises appliance to a national data centre.”
Muhammad Khalid, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of AIREV
“We invest where capital, policy, and technology converge, and few places demonstrate that convergence as clearly as Abu Dhabi.”
Krishan Rattan, Terra Invest
What OnDemand does
OnDemand is a no-code and low-code sovereign agentic AI operating system that serves more than four million users through over 300 specialised agents in more than 50 languages. The platform processed 6.8 trillion tokens in the second quarter of 2026, about six times the year-earlier figure, and runs on-device, on-premise, in sovereign data centres or in the cloud.
The investment follows Dr Al Zeyoudi’s recent talks in Singapore with Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong and Minister Dr Tan See Leng on expanding bilateral trade and investment. In 2025, the UAE attracted $48.3 billion of foreign direct investment, ranking ninth worldwide, and the UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031 targets an AI contribution of about $91 billion by 2031.
The distribution is the deal
The amount is undisclosed, so the round cannot be judged on size. What can be judged is distribution, since Kairos Wealth gives OnDemand a route into family offices and wealth managers, and Shookra gives it a live product in healthcare.
That matters because both sectors buy on compliance and data control, not on model quality alone. An operating system that runs on-device, on-premise or in a sovereign data centre fits regulated buyers in a way a cloud-only platform cannot.
AIREV already counts Core42, VentureWave Capital and Titian Capital among its backers, and the Terra Invest deal adds a Singapore channel to that base. The pattern to watch is whether the Kairos and Shookra deployments turn into reference customers that other regulated firms follow.
