Cars24 Brings Alba Cars Into Its Global Group to Scale Up in the UAE
Cars24 has brought Dubai premium used-car retailer Alba Cars into its global group, combining digital car sales with a premium showroom business. Together the two businesses retail more than 1,000 vehicles a month across the UAE.
Cars24 and Alba Cars have joined forces in the UAE. The operating businesses behind Alba Cars are now part of the wider Cars24 global group, while Alba Cars keeps its brand, team and leadership.
Both companies were founded in 2015. Cars24 brings its technology platform, financing capabilities and infrastructure, while Alba Cars brings premium retail presence, customer relationships and digital marketing strength.
Over 1,000 cars a month, combined
Together the businesses retail more than 1,000 vehicles every month across the UAE. Alba Cars alone accounts for about 300 monthly sales from a team of more than 200 professionals, with a selection spanning more than 20 brands.
The combination pairs digital buying and selling with a physical premium showroom experience. Customers are promised greater vehicle choice, improved financing options and stronger aftersales support.
What changes, and what stays the same
Alba Cars will continue operating under its established brand. Its existing team and leadership stay in place, while selected support operations and infrastructure are progressively integrated with Cars24.
The stated focus is expanding retail operations, strengthening digital capabilities and investing in infrastructure across the UAE. The companies also talk of growing further across the region over the long term.
Alba Cars has built an impressive business and an exceptional reputation in the UAE’s premium automotive market.

Joining forces with Cars24 represents an exciting next chapter for us.

A deal that fits Cars24’s recent UAE moves
The deal lands in a busy period for Cars24 in the UAE. It has announced a AED 55 million refurbishment facility at DP World’s National Industries Park in Dubai, designed to handle more than 100,000 vehicles a year.
Cars24 Arabia also secured a digital revolving financing facility from Emirates NBD in September 2026. That facility gives dealers and business partners faster access to working capital through its platform.
No financial terms of the Alba Cars transaction have been disclosed. The test of this combination is whether premium showroom sales and a technology platform together sell more cars than either could alone, and whether the integration of support operations stays invisible to customers.
