Soika Labs Opens Early Access to Mockingjay Network, Its AI Agent Platform for Business

Dubai-based Soika Labs has opened early access to Mockingjay Network, its agentic operating system for business. Early users get 5,000 credits to build AI agents that can collaborate with agents from other companies.

Dubai-based Soika Labs has opened early access to Mockingjay Network, its agentic operating system for business. The move into production was announced at the Dubai AI Festival on October 27, with the soft launch covering UAE residents first.

Early access users receive 5,000 complimentary credits to build specialised AI agents for business automation and host them on a shared public network. Agents can handle work across hiring, customer relationship management, communications, marketing, procurement, and real estate.

Agents built on Mockingjay connect through the Global Agentic Neural Network, known as GANN, which lets agents from different companies communicate and collaborate toward a shared objective. Soika Labs calls that company-to-company step the main difference from rival products.

How Mockingjay works

Mockingjay pools a large range of language models in one place, and an auto-routing system sends each task to the model judged most suitable. Soika Labs says the routing can save users up to 70% in credits.

Private agents stay sovereign under the design, connecting to the wider network without exposing company data. The network runs independently of any AI model maker, a route Soika Labs chose three years ago after finding it hard to connect with the major providers.

In marketing, one orchestrator can coordinate campaign planning, social media, advertising, public relations, and website activity, with the company citing a campaign that moved from brief to launch in 14 days against a traditional timeline of 11 weeks. In procurement, a single enquiry can go to 12 suppliers in parallel, with quotes ranked and standardised across currencies, Incoterms, and lead times before contract and compliance checks.

Humans stay in the loop

Companies can set permissions, access levels, and approval points inside Mockingjay Network, keeping human oversight in place as agents take on more tasks. Soika Labs sets a minimum of one human per division for safe operation.

This phase is important because it gives businesses the opportunity to experience the technology while giving us a deeper understanding of how they want to use it. UAE has created a strong environment for developing and scaling advanced AI, and we believe businesses here can be at the forefront of how agentic AI is adopted in everyday operations.

Enzo Amur, co-founder and CEO of Soika Labs, said in the company’s announcement.

The early access phase runs ahead of a wider launch planned for December 2026. The rollout ties into the UAE’s National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031, which aims to place the country among the world’s leading AI nations.

Soika Labs builds sovereign AI agentic networks end to end, from data centres and GPU clusters to enterprise agentic software. It first unveiled its agent network at GITEX Global 2025, and Mockingjay Network is the platform’s move into production.
