Vitalls Secures $1.5 Million Seed Commitment From EST Growmore

UAE-founded healthtech Vitalls has secured a US$1.5 million seed commitment from Singapore-based EST Growmore, with an option for a further US$1 million, to develop and roll out its AI-powered digital health passport.

Vitalls, a UAE-founded digital health platform, has secured a US$1.5 million investment commitment from EST Growmore for its seed round, with an option for a further US$1 million. The agreement makes the Singapore-based fund the anchor investor in the round, and the capital will fund the development and rollout of the company’s AI-powered digital health passport.

The deal was announced during the Abu Dhabi Future Health Summit on 21 October 2026. It was signed by Mehdi Bouchenak, founder and chief executive of Vitalls, and Dr. Sindhu Bhaskar, Chairman of EST Group.

Vitalls is building an AI-powered digital health passport that gives individuals one secure, user-controlled place to own their complete health record. Patients can share that record, with consent, with any provider they choose, and the platform is built on a privacy-first principle with user data encrypted and protected. The product targets internationally mobile individuals, families and enterprises whose records are spread across providers and countries.

The problem the company is attacking is fragmentation. People move between cities, countries and healthcare systems, but their medical history rarely moves with them, leaving records scattered across clinics and laboratories in different languages and formats. The result is repeated tests, delayed care and incomplete information when it matters most.

Bouchenak said the agreement confirms that the need behind the product is understood.

More than the capital, it confirms that the problem we set out to solve is real and urgent.

Dr. Sindhu Bhaskar, Chairman of EST Group, said his team studied the problem closely before committing.

We studied the problem Vitalls is solving, and we are convinced. Millions of people live, work and travel away from home while their health records stay scattered across clinics and countries.

EST Growmore is the investment arm of EST Group and a Singapore-registered Variable Capital Company fund that backs cross-border investments across technology, healthcare, agriculture and sustainable development. Beyond the capital, the partnership gives Vitalls access to the group’s telecommunications and healthcare portfolio companies. The two sides will explore distribution, partnerships and product development together to speed the startup’s growth in the region and internationally.
