Petrol falls 24 fils a litre across all grades from 1 November 2026, with Super 98 at Dh4.16, Special 95 at Dh4.04 and E-Plus 91 at Dh3.97. Diesel drops 5 fils to Dh4.75 a litre.
The Gasoline and Diesel Prices Follow-up Committee has approved lower petrol and diesel prices for November 2026. The new rates apply across the UAE from 1 November, as announced by the Emirates News Agency on 31 October 2026.
Petrol prices fell by 5.6 percent, while diesel prices declined by 1.04 percent compared with October. The cut ends three consecutive monthly increases and is the first petrol price reduction since July.

All prices are per litre and apply at fuel stations across all seven emirates. A 60-litre tank of Special 95 will cost Dh242.40 in November, compared with Dh256.80 in October, a saving of Dh14.40.
The same 60-litre fill of Super 98 will cost Dh249.60, down from Dh264, while E-Plus 91 will cost Dh238.20, down from Dh252.60. A 60-litre diesel fill will cost Dh285, down from Dh288, a saving of Dh3.
A break after three months of rises
| Month | Super 98 | Special 95 | E-Plus 91 | Diesel |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| July 2026 | Dh3.40 | Dh3.29 | Dh3.21 | Dh3.60 |
| August 2026 | Dh3.60 | Dh3.49 | Dh3.41 | Dh3.80 |
| September 2026 | Dh3.80 | Dh3.69 | Dh3.61 | Dh4.30 |
| October 2026 | Dh4.40 | Dh4.28 | Dh4.21 | Dh4.80 |
| November 2026 | Dh4.16 | Dh4.04 | Dh3.97 | Dh4.75 |
Prices rose in August, September and October, with October reaching the highest level of the year for every grade. November prices remain above July levels, when Super 98 stood at Dh3.40 and diesel at Dh3.60.
The November cut is therefore a step back from the October peak rather than a return to July prices. For regular motorists, the practical difference is the monthly saving on each fill, with the largest saving on petrol grades.
How the monthly price is set
The prices are approved under the UAE monthly fuel pricing mechanism, which is based on global fuel price movements, with changes reflected in the domestic market. The committee reviews and sets retail prices at the end of each month.
The next monthly review, for December prices, is expected at the end of November. Until then, the November rates apply throughout the month.
