Clinics On Cloud Raises $12.5 Million Series A to Expand Its Health ATMs From the UAE

Pune-based Clinics On Cloud has raised $12.5 million in a Series A round from Dubai-based Model42, its first institutional funding after eight years bootstrapped. The UAE will serve as its global expansion hub as it takes its Health ATMs to Africa, the United States and Southeast Asia.

Pune-based healthtech company Clinics On Cloud has raised $12.5 million (₹120 crore) in a Series A round from Dubai-based Model42. The round values the company at ₹600 crore (about $63.3 million), and it is the company’s first institutional funding after eight years of bootstrapped growth.

Founded in 2018 by Abhay Agarwal and Manashrri Agarwal, the company is based in Pune. Model42 is a health and wellness growth platform powered by Enlightened Minds Investments.

The UAE will serve as its global expansion hub. Africa, the United States and Southeast Asia are next.

What a Health ATM does

A Health ATM is a self-service kiosk that runs preventive health screenings and produces digital reports, with telemedicine on top. The company’s kiosks check more than 65 clinical parameters, including blood pressure, blood glucose, ECG, BMI and oxygen levels.

Beyond the kiosk, the company sells Health Lounges, Box Clinics and Mobile Medical Units. Hospitals, workplaces, housing communities and underserved areas are the target settings.

Scale so far, and where the money goes

The company reports more than 3,500 deployments, over 12 million health screenings and operations in eight countries. It also names India’s Army, Navy and Border Security Force among the organisations it serves.

The new capital will go into AI capabilities, research and development, manufacturing capacity and the microclinic network. Partnerships with healthcare providers and technology companies are also part of the plan.

For eight years, we have built Clinics On Cloud with a simple belief that quality healthcare should never depend on someone’s pincode.

Why the UAE hub matters

A UAE hub puts the company next to its investor and inside a market that buys healthcare technology for the wider region. It also moves the company closer to the African and Southeast Asian markets it names, without building a separate base in each one first.

The round itself is confirmed by the company and multiple reports. What happens next depends on whether the UAE hub turns into signed deployments rather than a stated plan.

The details in this story come from the company’s funding announcement, first reported in late October 2026 and widely covered on 2 and 3 November 2026. Deployment and screening figures are company-reported.
