Saudi Event-Tech Startup INVE Raises $300,000 Pre-Seed Led by Outliers VC
Riyadh-based INVE has raised US$300,000 in pre-seed funding led by Outliers Venture Capital to grow its invitation and event-management platform across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
INVE, a Riyadh-based startup that builds invitation and event-management tools, has raised US$300,000 in pre-seed funding led by Outliers Venture Capital.
The company was founded in 2024 by Abdulrahman Alabdulkarim, who built its first version to handle invitations and RSVPs for his sister’s wedding. The problem he set out to solve was a familiar one: hosts juggling guest lists, replies and follow-ups across messages and spreadsheets.
The consumer product has grown well beyond that first wedding. It has now supported 250 events across more than 60 cities and towns in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, sending over 35,000 invitations and recording an 88% RSVP response rate.
INVE’s approach is built around the guest rather than the event. Invitations go out from the host’s own email address or WhatsApp number, and every guest carries a profile that keeps their preferences, replies and attendance history, so the next invitation starts with context instead of a blank form.
In August 2026 the company launched a platform for businesses that host events to engage clients, partners and other stakeholders. It lets hosts manage guest information, personalise invitations and run registrations through branded pages and digital entry passes, while keeping guest records for future events.
“Our vision is for INVE to become the infrastructure behind how people and businesses host across the Gulf.”
Abdulrahman Alabdulkarim, founder and chief executive of INVE
The investor knows the product from the customer’s side of the table. Before leading the round, Outliers Venture Capital became INVE’s first paid business design partner, using the platform under its own brand to manage invitations and guest communications, including for its upcoming Builder Summit.
The new capital will go towards the team, the brand and customer acquisition. The company plans to grow its business platform, extend the consumer product beyond weddings into other occasions, and expand its reach across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
